What is raw cacao butter?
The main ingredient in this recipe is raw cacao butter which is the oil or fat that is extracted from the cacao bean over low heat.
It is a source of healthy fats and antioxidants that help improve mood, memory and support the immune system.
The chocolate used in this recipe can also be made into a chocolate bar! Get the recipe on page 21 of my cookbook Jesse Lane Wellness Healthy Dairy Free Desserts!
