Dairy Free Dessert Roundup
Today I’m excited to share 12 yummy dairy free dessert recipes with you because as you know, I’m sensitive to dairy but still love my desserts. All of these scrumptious dairy free desserts are gluten-free, free from refined sugar and don’t contain processed ingredients. They are also oh so yummy!
Dairy allergies and sensitivities can manifest in a variety of ways including:
- painful cramps
- stinky gas
- bloating
- diarrhea
- asthma
- coughing or wheezing
- runny nose
- watery eyes
- acne
- eczema
- hives
- rashes
So many of my clients are sensitive to dairy, so I wanted to create dairy free dessert recipes for them so they can have a “normal” way to eat dessert. My clients also found family gatherings and parties with friends to be disappointing because they weren’t able to enjoy the treats.
I created my cookbook Healthy Dairy Free Desserts so I could provide alternative options that can masquerade as regular baked goods. My free Guide to Natural Sugar Substitutes contains 4 bonus recipes (pictured above) from Jesse Lane Wellness Cookbook Healthy Dairy Free Desserts.
